1 Year Materials and Workmanship Limited Warranty
|
|
Chattahoochee Window Works, Inc.
(CWW) warrants that it’s 1000,
2000, and 3000 series units will
be free from manufacturing
defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one
year from the date of
manufacture. This warranty is
for the benefit of the homeowner
who purchased the product and
resides in the home, and cannot
be transferred. Defective
components, including frame
parts, sashes, and door panels
that fail during the warranty
period will be furnished by CWW
without charge. Freight,
installation, and finishing will
be at the homeowner’s expense.10
Year Interior/Exterior Limited
Warranty. CWW also warrants the factory
applied finish on the cellular
PVC components (only) will not
blister, peel, or flake under
normal conditions for (10) years
from the date of manufacture. |

25 Year Cellular PVC Limited Warranty |
| CWW also warrants that the
Cellular PVC Components of 1000,
2000, and 3000 series window
units (excluding balance,
hardware, tilt-latches, and
locks) will be free from
manufacturing defects in
materials and workmanship for a
period of 25 years from the date
of manufacture. This warranty is
for the benefit of the homeowner
who purchased the product and
resides in the home, and cannot
be transferred. Defective
cellular PVC components that
fail during the warranty period
will be furnished by CWW without
charge. Freight and installation
will be at homeowner’s expense. |

20 Year Insulating Glass Limited Warranty
|
| CWW also
warrants that CWW Insulating
Glass will be free from moisture
infiltration between the two
pieces of glass for 20 years
from the date of manufacture.
This warranty is for the benefit
of the homeowner who purchased
the product and resides in the
home, and cannot be transferred.
If condensation appears between
the two pieces of glass within
years 1—10, CWW will furnish
replacement glass without
charge. Freight and installation
will be at the homeowner’s
expense. If condensation appears
within years 11-20, CWW will
furnish replacement glass at 50%
of then-current list prices.
Freight and installation will be
at the homeowner’s expense. |

2 Year Hardware Limited Warranty |
| CWW also
warrants that the metal and
vinyl hardware components in
1000, 2000, and 3000 Series
products will be free from
manufacturing defects for a
period of two years for the date
of manufacture. This warranty is
for the benefit of the homeowner
who purchased the product and
resides in the home, and may not
be transferred. Defective CWW
hardware, including locks and
balances, that fail during the
warranty period will be
furnished by CWW without charge.
Freight and installation will be
at the homeowner’s expense. |

Limitations on Warranties
|
| Above warranties DO NOT APPLY to
products that have not been
installed, flashed, shimmed, or
finished to CWW specification.
Also, above warranties DO NOT
APPLY to products that have been
altered, modified, or subjected
to unauthorized repair
(including, but not limited to,
products to which films have
been applied or non-standard
parts have been added. None of
the above warranties cover
normal wear or product failure
caused by accident, abuse
(including the use of corrosive
or abrasive products) or acts of
God. CWW does not warrant
installation. CWW reserves the right to
discontinue or make changes in
any of it’s products. In the
event the products covered by
these warranties are not
available, CWW reserves the
right to substitute a product or
component that, in CWW’s sole
discretion, is of equal quality
or price.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS
EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. CWW EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES
RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL
AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. |
