To Whom It May Concern:
I can't tell you how pleased I
am with the proficiency,
craftsmanship and courtesy of
David, who installed our windows
today. He was well organized,
took care to cover my carpet,
wore shoe protectors to not
track-in the rain, and installed
five windows in a very short
time. He even vacuumed up the
work areas when he was finished.
His demeanor was very
professional, yet friendly. He
took the time to explain things
and answer all my questions. He
even returned to my house to
install window locks that would
match the wood to be stained.
It's this kind of "customer
service" that I can really
appreciate. When window
replacement needs arise. I will
not hesitate to call on your
company again. Also, I am
comfortable with recommending
you to my friends and neighbors.
